if someone could direct me to a compilation or website or mp3 linkage where i could listen to these bands or similar bands, i would appreciate it. i know these bands aren't very brutal, but it's for a friend...
shonen knife, school jackets, nitro mega prayer, and 50's high teens

Shonen Knife is pretty easy to come by. Just use a p2p for mp3's of them, or just google them and you should be able to come up with something. Used to be quite a popular band. Never heard of the other bands though.

I know 5678's from some comp cd, that has also the Flamengo a gogo on it, (with 'I am a cool baby slut' amazing cool songtitle). I already had that for 5 years, and was amazed to see them in Kill Bill... Haha, nice stuff, but not my favorite rock n roll stuff.

i would check out the flamenco agogo's if i could check out any of these bands at all...
i did find shonen knife though, and i didn't particularly like it
