Tom is amazing! Not as great as some Pushead art, but a lot more consistent. I'm a huge Pushead collector, but I'm the first to agree that he has made some mediocre stuff. I think the WHN? LP art by Tom is very strong, but really everything I've seen is great.
I also like Yossie a lot, esp. the Constricted 7".
Also Kimura from Fishy has made some cool post-apocaliptic-punx art.

I really like all the stuff TOM did for OUTO.
I have a nice flyer here that yossie did for a nightmare/warhead/constricted/colored rice men/stupid babies go mad/poikkeus/muga gig..i should scan it or something
Sakevi is pretty handy with the ol' graphics !!

Totally different scenes and styles, but my favourite artists in the music world are Jon Chang, Jake Bannon, Dave Quiggle and, recently fighting his way into the ranks purely for the back cover of the Basket Of Death / Princess Army Wedding Combat split, Waita Uziga.

It simply doesn't get any better than Tom.

Yeah, Waita Uziga!!! Some truly sick shit, but amazing all the same.

Damn, that's some sick shit indeed! But in this manga style art it sucks. Personally I like the style, when it's done well. This are not record covers, but still great, by Misato Mitsumi

Actually, I reckon Waita Uziga would be my favourite manga-style artist even if he DIDN'T draw the most depraved things the human mind can think of. I totally like his style.

I just don't like that computer style, but this is at least a lot better than most others. (And I also don't really like the 'I love cutting up woman' thing either.) Ghoul, thanx for the flyer!

(And I also don't really like the 'I love cutting up woman' thing either.) Yeah, I totally don't take the subject matter seriously. I'd be worried about anyone who did. I just like over-the-top gore stuff, I find it amusing for some reason...

Same applies to me(what Chaos_Kill said). If you look around though there are a lot of people that will say Uziga's art is a sort of social statement and misogynistic in the least. I read an article a while back on it, but I can't remember where. If I can dig it up I'll post it here.

Anything can be interpreted as a social statement if you're willing to think into it deeply enough. Depending on my mood, I'm either skeptical of people saying something's a social statement, or I'm the one doing the saying...

Depending on my mood, I'm either skeptical of people saying something's a social statement, or I'm the one doing the saying... This is true, but what I read said that Uziga said that he's making a Japanese social statement with his art, not just what some critics are interpreting. I gotta find that article.
