hey, as you may have read on the introductions thread, im moving to okinawa in a couple months. im wondering what is available in the okinawa area as far as death and black metal goes? and possibly if there is anyone looking for a bassist/vocalist for a death/black metal band

good question... I have no idea, actually. I'm not sure what the scene like there is at all. I would assume there's some bands. I've never heard of bands going to Okinawa to play. You could probably get something going though if you looked around.
Are you military by chance? I know there's a lot of u.s. military down in those parts. Only reason I ask. Other than that, it looks like a great place to live.

I saw flyers for like one or two punk/hardcore bands from Okinawa when I was over in Japan... that's about it, though...
