State Craft's bassist is currently nearing the end of a 5 year term for manslaughter after he killed someone with a lariat in a fight...
Glorifying all that kind of stuff is pretty dumb, though...

what i think we are thinking different i was japan 2 years living the streets going to shows. i saw many "wild crazy" guys on stage. they take of clothes drink plenty. but after show they go home and use computer or video games.
i met many punks in japan(mostly Nagoya) who are true blue and party and live life.
but mostly they wear the clothes have the look but are just weak. am i wrong.
i want to know about some true party guys so i can buy there music go to there shows and support them.
now you understand my thinking?

I see. I don't really know any band members that well, and I don't live in Japan now so I guess I can't answer your question...

Most of the shows I've been to over the past few years have been uneventful as far as violence goes. Urgexx were pretty big on the show violence when they played. They would throw mic stands around, break lights, and attack people in the crowd and shit. I don't think they're together anymore though.
I've seen some stupid shit at shows though with the crowd. Fights and sporadic violence. Nothing too bad though. Tame compared to stuff I've witnessed in the states.

Most of the shows I've been to over the past few years have been uneventful as far as violence goes. That's because you didn't go to Koiwa Death Fest 8 The one thing I don't get about stuff like this is, surely bands that do shit like that get banned from every venue they play? So either they can't play out live that often, or they have to split after a short time together because nowhere will have them any more? I'd love to see a band like Urgexx play live, though. Even if only once. Spacegrinder's the 'worst' I saw, and yes, while he did break my arm, he was more about throwing himself around rather than wilfully hitting people.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of bands that just go nuts and stuff and end up hurting people. Urgexx actually "attacked" people. The last show I saw of them the guitarist grabbed his mic stand and used it like a lance running through the crowd until he pinned some random guy up against the back wall of the club where he started pounding him in the chest with it. I broke my nose watching 324 last Saturday. Collided with some dudes head in the pit. At least it's not that noticable.. hah.

Heh, I've broken my nose countless times... never at a show, though. Blood everywhere? Or was it a nice 'n' tidy job?
I wanted to go to that 9/11 show so goddamn much. Damn having to come home.

No, no blood. Just sort of knocked the top part to my right a little. You missed one helluva show.... Shane Embury got on stage with 324 and played several napalm death songs with them as an encore.
