On a related note, I wish that place would keep the 'schedule' section of its website up-to-date. The schedule for this month still isn't up.

Well, the South Exit and the New South Exit are marked on there. South-East would put you on that map as well, although it's unmarked for some reason. It's basically ten yards or so from Tower Records. I am, of course, presuming that your Japanese is fluent, or at least better than my own... Shibuya Station is far more of a nightmare than Shinjuku Station... I swear, Shibuya Station is the work of Satan himself

Heh, nope, I'm a sheltered li'l boy - not left “Œ‹ž yet. Well... I went to a friend's house in ‘Š‰Á (I think that's the right kanji... reading Souka) which I think is just outside “Œ‹ž but that don't really count My experience of Japanese venue maps is that they're never as easy as they look... memories of taking about two hours trying to find ACB in Vh a couple of months back... that one took me literally about two hours, to find a venue that was supposed to be nine minutes' walk from the station...

Unfortunately I can't vouch for it 'cause I have no plans to go to the Antiknock meself until July 10 for a bunch of metalcore bands that I'm guessing no-one on here will like

First, open this link in another page: www.japan-hotel-reservations.net/japan_map/shinjuku_tokyo_japan_map.htmlLook where the Lumine building is and go down following the tracks(on the map, not literally). To the right of the tracks is the big Takashimaya Times Square/Tokyu Hands/Kinokuniya Book Store building. The medium sized road that goes sorta north east on the map from that building up towards Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi is the road Antiknock is on. On the right side. Now, how to get there from the station. Go out the South Exit of the main Shinjuku station near the Tower Records building. Either cross Koshu Kaido Ave and head toward the Tokyu Hands and make your way to the bottom and find the road that way OR.... Just follow Koshu Kaido down towards the first big intersection and take a right. You'll see it on your left. It's at the bottom of an apartment building. There's a practice studio and convenience store across the street from it. You can see the bottom floor entrance to Tokyu Hands up the street from the club. You'll see shitloads of punks. Easy. Let me know if that was confusing. I'm not the best at giving directions.

Yeah, the map on Antiknock's website sucks. I tried finding Virgin Megastores with it on Saturday, since it's marked on there, and was wholly unsuccessful. Darn.
